Return & Refund Policy for Baggu
Return Eligibility and Timeframe
You can return full-priced items purchased from Baggu within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel must be unworn. Any item that appears used beyond trying it on cannot be accepted for return.
Sale items—including markdowns, sale collection purchases, and promotional event products—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Return Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Baggu will cover the return shipping.
If you return items by mail, a restocking fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund. Returns made in person at a Baggu store, exchanges, and returns processed as store credit are exempt from this fee. Bringing your return to a physical Baggu location saves the restocking fee and speeds up processing.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us through the Baggu contact page to begin your return or exchange. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.
- Follow the return instructions provided once your request is approved.
- After Baggu receives the returned item and verifies it meets the condition requirements, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refund processing after the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges and Store Credit
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. To exchange an item, start by contacting Baggu through the contact page on the website.
Returns made in-store or exchanges conducted as store credit avoid the $4.95 restocking fee.
Price Adjustment Policy
If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within seven days of your order, Baggu offers a one-time price adjustment for the difference. The adjustment amount will be refunded to your original payment method. This is a one-time courtesy per item and not a recurring policy.
