Agreement to Terms

By using Baggu’s website and placing an order, you agree to comply fully with these Terms of Service. If any provision of these terms does not meet your approval, please do not use our site to place an order.

Order Accuracy and Cancellations

We strive to present accurate pricing and product descriptions for all items, including popular products such as the Medium Cargo Crossbody and Nylon Drawstring Bags. However, if a price is listed incorrectly or product information contains errors, Baggu reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Quantity limits may be applied per item to ensure fair availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed at Baggu, it cannot be changed or modified. This includes adding or removing items. Requests for address changes or full order cancellations must be made immediately after the order is placed.

While we make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations will be honored due to the rapid order processing times.

Shipping and Address Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for confirming their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement.

If a package is returned to Baggu due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will assist you with reshipping the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees or import duties, which are paid by the recipient. Baggu does not control or estimate these charges.

Shipping Delays and Liability

Baggu is not liable for delays resulting from shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please visit our contact page to notify us. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
